Mara E. Rosales, Managing Partner

Mara E. Rosales is the managing partner of Rosales Law Partners (RLP). Prior to entering private practice, Mara served as San Francisco International Airport’s general counsel for over a decade and for nine years as a San Francisco deputy city attorney in the Government Law Division. Mara’s distinguished career includes experience in airport law, government law, public policy and specialized area of diversity equity and inclusion in public contracting and workforce development policies.

During her career, Mara has handled approximately 150 civil litigation matters in California state and federal trial and appellate courts, including more than 30 appellate matters, obtaining over 16 published decisions.

Robert Sanford, Of Counsel

Robert “Dusty” Sanford is senior Of Counsel with RLP and has practiced with the firm since its founding in 2009. He has over 30 years as an attorney, specializing in transactional, advice and litigation matters, including public and private sector disputes, complex litigation, class actions, unfair business practice cases, civil rights, personal injury, elder abuse and employment cases.

At RLP, Mr. Sanford advises private clients seeking to do business with California governments on corporate formation and governance issues. For public sector clients, Mr. Sanford has consistently demonstrated the ability to quickly grasp complex issues, undertake relevant legal research and produce high quality work product.

Ariana Mohit, Of Counsel

Ariana Mohit is senior Of Counsel with RLP. Ms. Mohit has over 20 years of litigation experience and was a member of the Appellate Practice Group at Meyers, Nave, Riback, Silver & Wilson. Ms. Mohit specialized in consumer class actions, catastrophic injury cases and high-profile complex litigation cases.

At RLP, Ms. Mohit has handled a wide range of complex issues including those pertinent to disparity studies and authoring a chapter of “A Guidebook for Increasing Diverse and Small Business Participation in Airport Business Opportunities,” a publication of the Transportation Research Board.

Greg Culling, Associate Attorney

Greg Culling is an Associate Attorney with RLP. Mr. Culling has practiced law for 11 years, providing legal advice and assistance with a variety of issues, including assignments on contracts, bonds, labor disputes, corporate formation, copyright law, federal grant, and corporate governance. Mr. Culling worked in the private sector on civil litigation as well as legal counsel for non-profit organizations.

At RLP, Mr. Culling handles public law and real estate issues, particularly for the firm’s airport concessionaire clients. He also assists with civil litigation matters.
